To deliver our systems and consulting services, we collect:
Personal & Business Details: Name, email, phone number, and firm details provided via our GoHighLevel forms and diagnostic tools.
Financial Data: Processed securely via our third-party payment gateways (Stripe / FastPay). We do not store your raw credit card numbers on our servers.
Firm Operational Data: During Done-For-You builds, we will temporarily handle your firm's operational data (such as client names, lodgement frequencies, and billing cycles) to migrate them into your ClickUp workspace.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your information exclusively to:
Architect and deliver your custom ClickUp Engine.
Process payments and deliver invoices.
Send you automated project updates (e.g., Friday build updates) and educational marketing content regarding firm scaling.
3. Data Security & Confidentiality We treat your firm's data with the exact same strict confidentiality that you treat your own bookkeeping clients.
Post-Handover Deletion: Once your 21-Day Build is complete and the ClickUp workspace is handed over to your ownership, we do not retain offline copies of your client roster spreadsheets or sensitive firm data.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal or business information to third-party data brokers.
4. Third-Party Platforms
To deliver our high-end services, your data may be processed through our trusted tech stack, including GoHighLevel (CRM), ClickUp (Project Management), and Stripe/FastPay (Payments). Each of these platforms operates under their own stringent, enterprise-grade privacy and security protocols.
